Description

  • The insulated access door has been designed to create an airtight seal utilizing a moisture, oil and grease resistance “closed cell high density” gasketing between the door to frame and the frame to duct.
  • The door panel is constructed out of 24 ga (0.7 mm) galvanized steel G-90 (Z-275 gm/m2) and filled with two layers of fiber glass 1/2″ thickness for each layer (2×12.5 mm) and 31  lb/ft3 density (48 kg/m3), the two steel layers of door panel are assembled together by blind using rivets.
  • The frame is constructed out of 24 ga (0.7 mm) galvanized steel G-90 (Z-275 gm/m2) for doors up to 12”x12”, and 22 ga (0.8 mm) for doors 14”x14” to 24”x24”.
